Prof. Dr. Ing. Alecsandru SIMION

received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Iaşi, Romania, in 1968 and 1976, respectively. He has published over 230 papers in conference proceedings and 10 books. His technical interests are electric machines and drives, simulation and design. He is the holder of 12 patents.
